With the
formal USPTO filing of the ACHM2®
for non-provisional patent status
behind us,
we have been extremely busy not
only with the continued success of
the ACHM2® , but with some major
projects. While these
projects have taken longer than
originally anticipated, they
have been worth the wait.
Mark Weston has been conducting
research and has
already developed some first
prototypes of new innovations for
hair loss. We will keep our
visitors informed as they are
progress.

LIBEL ISSUES:
Unfortunately, as
in the past, we continue to receive
unwarranted and libelous assaults from
two other providers. We had discovered and
exposed hacking to include
Content Scraping, 48 spam websites with our trademarked name in
the title (five separate instances), SEO hacking and unethical
search engine manipulation.
His Hair
Clinic is aggressively continuing their personal vendetta against Mark Weston and of recent, is on a more dedicated
and consistent mission yet with these types of
desperate acts of unprofessionalism and unscrupulous tactics.
Aggressive and libelous attacks on
nine separate hidden web pages involving
cloaking via
Black Hat SEO
regarding Mark Weston are backlinked to the
HIS Hair Clinic website. Erroneous blog and forum posts of libelous nature have been traced back to proxy servers originating from the UK.
This is known as "serial cyberbullying." The serial cyberbully becomes more aggressive as he continues to discover people who see through him as the weak, inadequate, immature, and dysfunctional aggressive individual behind the keyboard.
HIS Hair
Clinic Reviews state that Mark Weston has
been banned from hair loss forums. This is
another false accusation, as Mark Weston is presently
a member of the HairRestorationNetwork,
HairLossTalk, Balding Forum, Regrowth, and
Sly Bald Guys. However, Mr. Weston nor
Artistry Concepts have the time to peruse
these forums nor post. Any answers
to questions may be found in this website.

GOOD LOOK INK
COMPLAINTS: Good Look Ink is
running a close second with underhanded
methods such as
domain parking,
trademark
infringement
and
documentated
copyright
infringement violations. We were
experiencing such increased aggression by
Good Look Ink that it became necessary to
file a legal action. However, we are
pleased to announce that we were
successful in this action. The same arbitration board that
protected such prominent trademarks as
Disney® and Hershey®, also favorably
ruled in behalf of Artistry Concepts®.
You may view the legal action at
Artistry Concepts, LLC vs. Good Look Ink. Hopefully, they understand the legal
message now and will refrain from
generating any further legal proceedings
against themselves.
Good Look Ink Reviews
We are disappointed by this type of
behavior as it is giving this industry a
bad reputation. But it is obvious that
others believe that we are a threatening
force to their business(es). They should
be concentrating on their own
business(es), improving the quality of their
individual service (and not quantity for
their own financial gain) and
refrain from spending time on such
unethical practices. In the end,
Artistry Concepts is only able to
accommodate about 300 men per year, hardly
enough to be a threat to their
business(es).

On a much more
positive note, we would like to summarize
our completed undertakings as well as our
pending ones: |

Intensive
work has been put into this new website.
While retaining as much important
information as possible, we have also
simplified the navigation system.
The PRICES page is now very specific for
the steps in requesting a quote.
Our new
GALLERY is
more ethnic/nationality and
case-specific so you
may more readily locate photos
representative of yourself. Newly
added is the
HAIRLINE GALLERY and
POST PROCEDURE ACHM2® GALLERY.
As we
are also experiencing many corrections of
other methods, a separate

By now, many of you have seen
our new video. We had for well over a year now
been requested repeatedly for a video "like the other
providers." Anyone who has been following our
expedited growth for the past couple of years, knows that
we are unlike other providers and certainly do not follow
any paths they may take. In fact, we head in the
opposite direction.
Artistry Concepts' policy of
"nothing but the best" didn't stop here.
We didn't want the same repetitive
"testimonial" type of
videos taped with a home camcorder, as we already have
more than enough written testimonials in this website.
We instead opted for a very
informative HD video outlining the superior ACHM2®.
We contracted with a television production company and
have produced the professional high-definition video that
you see in this site. As it is important to protect the ACHM2 from repeated sun, the young man in the video is wearing a high SPF sunscreen on his scalp.
The beach scenes were produced at the nation's number
beach
Siesta Beach.
|
 |
Remaining in the forefront with our technology, we now
have a live Point of View video cam. You can access the live feed
during scheduled dates and times posted on our home
page. You can actually watch an ACHM2® procedure in
progress.

| FDA Voluntary Registration
|
While many providers lead you to believe that pigments used for
micropigmentation are FDA approved, they in fact are
not. There are some FDA regulations for
some ingredients in cosmetics, but none for pigments in this
field. We are so confident in our pigments, we have
made a submission for our SMART Pigments™
to the FDA for
voluntary registration.
As we have numerous case studies regarding scarring
associated with temporary cosmetic pigments, we will be advocating heavily
with the FDA and we feel this is a crucial first step
towards establishing guidelines for pigment use on the
scalp. We are hoping that our SMART Pigments™
will eventually become the FDA benchmark for regulation. |
|
We have
been researching and compiling numerous case studies
relating to scarring from overpigmentation and the use of
temporary cosmetic pigments on the scalp . You may read
more about this on our RESEARCH
page.
With the ACHM2®
now formally submitted for a non-provisional patent, we have
researched and will be offering some products that have been
tested that we feel will benefit men with hair loss.

For the Veteran and
Military Personnel |
As a disabled veteran himself,
Mark Weston has been taking considerable steps to offer
financial aid to those US veterans and military personnel
experiencing PTSD Alopecia, other hair loss traumas, and
scalp injuries received in the line of duty.
Artistry Concepts has been approved and received their CCR
(Central Contractor Registration). In order to
facilitate business with the United States government, one
must first be accepted and registered as a US Federal
Contractor by obtaining the CCR.
While there are yet still many steps to complete, Artistry
Concepts is eagerly looking forward when we will be able
to offer the ACHM2® to these deserving men. By being
approved as a US Federal Contractor and continuing to work
with the Veteran's Administration, the monetary investment
for the ACHM2®
would be paid for on behalf of these men by the VA.
