Legal and Licensing

The ACHM2®  hair replication is considered a form of tattooing under the laws of the State of Florida.  Tattooing professionals in Florida must be in compliance with
Florida State Statute 877.04.  Florida's state law applies to any conventional tattoo art, whether medically related or cosmetic.

Florida requirements and laws are very similar to other states, but be sure to request that your provider produce current licenses before undergoing any procedure.  All hair replication clients are required to sign a disclosure release as required by the State of Florida.

In addition, the Florida Department of Health requires a state-issued operating permit for bio-medical waste removal and must be made readily available for random inspection by the Florida Department of Health.

Charlotte County requires a Local Business Tax Receipt, which is an annual permit that shows the business is registered with the County and is in compliance with all County codes.   Artistry Concepts Hair Replication Center carries all permits and licenses required by Florida law and are posted at The Center.

Autoclave Usage
The Center utilizes an autoclave for sterilization.  A test needs to be performed every 30 days by a sterilization monitoring laboratory with the written report sent directly from the lab to the Florida Department of Health.

The Center utilizes only the highest quality surgical stainless steel instruments and equipment.  Needles are also auto-claved and packaged for single-use only.  We do not use the imported mass-produced plastic disposable equipment and supplies that are highly inaccurate that are utilized by all other providers.

Intellectual Property -  Patents, Trademarks & Copyrights
Artistry Concepts will not tolerate intellectual property infringement.  We can provide Certificates of Registration for copywritten material, registration for all trademarks, and the Official USPTO Filing Receipt for patent-pending status.  Any violations will be aggressively pursued by our legal counsel listed below:

Legal Actions

GOOD LOOK INK COMPLAINTS:  We were experiencing such increased aggression by Good Look Ink that it became necessary to file a legal action.   Domain parking, trademark infringement and documentated copyright infringement are all violations against this company. However, we are pleased to announce that we were recently successful in this action.  The same arbitration board that protected such prominent trademarks as Disney®  and Hershey®, also favorably ruled in behalf of Artistry Concepts®.  You may view the legal action at Artistry Concepts, LLC vs. Good Look Ink.  Hopefully, they understand the legal message now and will refrain from generating any further legal proceedings against themselves.
