With the  ACHM2™,  a. shorter application time is achieved as well as decreased irritation to the scalp.  This 27 year-old had the start of typical male pattern baldness and the ACHM2™ was applied in his bald and thinning areas, as well as blended down and beyond his remaining hair to compensate for any future loss.

    As the  ACHM2™ is very rapidly becoming a highly accepted alternative to balding,  more and more men are permitting us to show their entire faces.....no need for them to be shy when they have found the solution they were looking for.  This man had a very becoming natural hairline peak that was enhanced further with the ACHM2™.   The color will cure a few shades lighter to its final shade in a few weeks on this 47 year old.       This 31 year construction contractor was kind enough to allow us to show his entire face.  His hair was buzzed when he arrived to enable the ACHM2™  an even and blended application.  He will continue to wear his hair buzzed and as all ACHM2™ applications, the hairline will soften over the next few weeks as the color cures.. 

      This above 36 year old man from California has been a "client in waiting" for almost a year.  He finally made the trip to Florida for the ACHM2™  after weighing all his options.  Both "after" photos were taken the next morning after the procedure.  As in all cases, the redness subsides in about 24 to 48 hours.  While the hairline appears to be too pronounced at this stage, it will soften in the next few weeks with a more natural "uneven" look.   If you look closely, you will also see this man had a previous attempt at  "hair replication" in his recede areas.  The  ACHM2™   completely covered this except for a few spots.  He will need to rebuzz his own hair in a few days after healing for proper blending.    You may also read his testimonial.

The above 22 year old man from Canada was experiencing hair loss at a very young age.  The ACHM2™ enhanced his thinning areas on the top and the crown and was blended down into his remaining hair to allow for any future hair loss.  You may read his . 

    The ACHM2™ once again turned the age clock back 10 years for this 39 year-old USPS mail carrier from New Jersey.  Still a little red from the procedure, his scalp will settle down in about 24 hours,  Once again, the closest buzz cut is where the ACHM2™  looks it's best for a natural replication blend.

    This 27 year-old from the Florida panhandle had the start of a receding hairline and thinning continuing into his crown area.  The ACHM2™ brought back his hairline this and the surrounding area was blended in to allow for any future hair loss.  This closest buzz cut is where the ACHM2™  looks it's best for a natural replication blend.

   Our continuing international following for the ACHM2™ brought this 38 year-old man to the left all the way from Dubai (Persian Gulf), United Arab Emirates.  He was starting to thin in the frontal region, the top and into the crown area.  The  ACHM2™   enhanced his thinning and the overall result was an denser look. This man can keep his hair at this length or buzz closer if he so wishes. 

      The photos above should be a rude awakening to those who are considering a procedure from any one of the new copycat "providers."  This man paid $1500 for this mess to a copycat provider.  This is a classic example of what we at Artistry Concepts sees quite often.  The  "trained specialist" who performed this procedure on this man with these appalling results should not be allowed to attempt any more "procedures."   Be careful choosing your provider.  This is a highly specialized procedure and while many copycats will assure you they can replicate the ACHM™ , as you see, they cannot.   It is most likely this gentleman will always have the dark blotches, but the ACHM2™ was able to camouflage the previous work to 100% satisfaction to the client.  A photo of the back of this man's head is not even pictured here.  His hairline will "soften" after "curing."     The 42 year-old man to the left  from here in Florida developed minimal redness during the procedure.   As all ACHM2™''s, the pigment will "seat" in about a week to blend with his own natural hair and the hairline will "soften."  Also see the HT Scar Gallery. 

The 28 year-old young man above allowed us to show his full face.  He had a very nice natural hairline with a small peak which was enhanced with the ACHM2™.  He is another client who fell victim to a fast-talking copycat provider that tried to mimic our procedure.  You can see the "points" are very large and with extremely poor density in his before photos.   The photos were taken immediately after the procedure, and the pigment will lighten slightly in about 2-3 weeks to blend in with his own natural hair.  You may read his testimonial.

     

    This 45 year-old man from the United Kingdom had the older style "plug" row style hair transplants.  The ACHM2™ camouflaged his old  transplants along his frontal hairline and filled in the area on the top and crown that were still thin.  The pigment is still fresh in the right photo and will cure to match his own remaining hair in  about 2-3 weeks.

     The start of a receding hairline on this 24 year-old man above from Illinois was put to a permanent end with the ACHM2™.      This 36 year-old former Marine above from Pennsylvania wanted back that military look from his armed forces years.   The ACHM2™ was applied in his balding/thinning areas in the front, top and crown, with less blending down into the sides.  This was to create the "high and tight" look of shaved sides.  The "after" photo as submitted by the client was unable to be made into a thumbnail, as the size was inadequate without pixelization.

     The above 24 year-old Philadelphia man had the typical continuing male pattern baldness.  The ACHM2™ was applied more densely in his balding/thinning areas, then blended down into his remaining natural hair.  While the density of natural hair is not perfectly  symmetrical , the ACHM2™ is mimicked exactly to the individual man's natural hair density, denser in some areas and less so in others.  This natural "hit and miss"  density can be seen in this man's "before" photo on his crown area.

    The above 42 year-old man from Brazil had the typical receding in the frontal hairline areas and some thinning back to the crown.  The ACHM2™  blending can be seen in the immediately after photo (the darker area that will lighten).  As with all ACHM2™ procedures, the replication area will "cure" a shade or two lighter to match his natural hair in about  2-3 weeks  

   While this young man (28 years of age) from Tennessee had little loss, he wanted his "recede" areas and his frontal hairline more defined.  After about 2-3 weeks, the transition area will "cure" and blend naturally.  He will then buzz his own hair down closer so the ACHM2™ area will blend naturally with his own hair.

    A 39 year-old gentleman above and left from here in Florida was thinning in the front, top and crown.  The center photo shows the blend and some residue of the excess pigment still on his scalp.  The far right photo shows the ACHM2™ replicated follicles directly alongside and among his natural follicles during the process. The photos to the left show the man's rear view.  The slight redness will subside in 24 hours. The man will buzz his hair closer in a few days so the  ACHM2™  area blends with his own hair.

     Continuing with our following of international clients, 37 year-old Martin above holds the record for the furthest distance of travel---he came all the way from Slovakia just for the ACHM2™.  The photos above show the progression of his before to the  ACHM2™ 3 weeks post procedure.  All of the ACHM2™   procedures have the same spectacular, natural and end result when "cured," with deviation just for color and individual style.

     Another HT recipient is this 34 year old.   This man had extensive red scarring, dark discoloration and blotchiness on the top of his head from the HT.  His hairline that was previously designed by the HT surgeon was followed with the ACHM2™.  He also developed more irritation than most men during the  ACHM2™, and much of his procedure had to be continued the following day.  He is shown in the far right photo 7 months post procedure with a clean "blade" shaven head.

    The above 51 year-old man from here in Florida chose to utilize the natural end result that the ACHM™  offers.  The middle photo shows enhancement to his existing HT approximately 4 weeks post-procedure.  The photo to the far right shows the replicated follicles in the upper left corner as compared to his natural follicles in the lower right corner of the same photo.   This close up photo allows you to examine the difference between both the ACHM™ replicated  follicles and the natural follicles.  Again, the difference is almost undetectable after healed. When the  ACHM™  is used in conjunction with HT's, the ACHM™  does not go outside the existing hairline already designed by the HT surgeon, therefore the  ACHM™   is limited in developing a more natural hairline.

     This 32-year old man from Lansing, Michigan that was a Stage 6 on the Norwood-Hamilton Scale. The photo in the middle was taken approximately two weeks post procedure in sunlight.  You can clearly see by comparing the "before" photo to the "after" photo that the replicated area is undetectable.   The photo to the far right shows the comparison of the   ACHM2™  replicated follicles and natural follicles together.

      A 30 year-old barber from near Chicago, Illinois was using topical cover ups and wanted to cease their use.  Being a barber, he was concerned about looking his best at all times.  While he was somewhat apprehensive upon his arrival,  within just a few minutes after his in person consultation with  Mark, he was feeling quite at home.  Mark commenced with the ACHM2™  after establishing the hairline the client requested.  As you can see, the above outcome was no less than expected.

     This 31 year-old gentleman from California had hair transplants and wanted to enhance his HT with the "thicker"  look.  Both the client and artist agreed to deviate from the original hairline the surgeon created and slightly square off the "recede" area.  Typically, all fair-skinned men initially develop more irritation and redness, but same routinely subsides in 24 to 48 hours.  The pigment color ill lighten (not to be confused with "fading") to it's final shade within about 3 weeks.

  This is another client that is 33 years of age that had hair transplants.  He came from Ontario, Canada and was also looking fore that "thicker" look.    His frontal area was "thickened," and the ACHM™ was blended into his own hair for a smooth transition.  The client will buzz his own hair down closer in a few days making the "new" hair virtually undetectable.

     The photos above are of a 29 year-old that had hair transplants, but desired  "thickening" in the frontal areas.  He received two previous attempts from a permanent cosmetics professional  (with cosmetic pigment) to give him the look he wanted.  After they both failed, faded and left his scalp discolored, he contacted Artistry Concepts for a professional and permanent solution.  The client will buzz his own hair down closer in a few days making the "new" hair virtually undetectable.  The above photos are of the left temple view.  The ACHM™ replicated follicles are undetectable next to the natural follicles.      Adding to our growing list of international clients, is this 30 year-old man came from Mexico.  He was close to a Stage 6.  Photos were taken immediately after the procedure.  Redness normally subsides within 24 to 48 hours.   These photos show a section of the right frontal area of this man's scalp.  You can compare the before natural follicles to the  ACHM™ follicles.  The pigment color will "cure" and tone down (not to be confused with "fading") in approximately 3 weeks.

    This  interesting man is a 38 year-old competitive Golden Gloves boxer from New York.  He had full male pattern baldness and a FUE transplant completed.  He was looking to further enhance his thinner areas.  The client opted for a unique "New York" style to his temple area that the Mark Weston created at his request.   Like all our replication procedures, the color was blended  down gradually into his own hair and the darker areas will "cure" lighter after about 3 weeks to match his own hair.  The "salt and pepper" look that he desired was completed in his thinner areas on the back and crown area of his head as well.
