        ACHM™ Gallery of Hair Replication

If you are considering a procedure from other providers, it is urged that you request close up and detailed photographs of their work. Their photos should show clear before and afters, and the ability to examine the "replicated" follicles to the natural ones, such as we have provided below.   The ACHM™ has been called "unnatural-looking"  by competitors, please judge for yourself!

Most of our clients request their specific hairline, they are necessarily designed by us

             Before  ACHM™                     Immediately After ACHM™                  5 Days Post ACHM™

This 37 year-old martial arts instructor above and left had the start of the typical male pattern baldness in the frontal and "recede" areas, as well as thinning in the crown.  His hair is slightly longer in the "after" than a close buzz, but he should be able to wear his hair either buzzed right down or slighter longer.

   Before  ACHM™          5 Days Post ACHM™

A 42 year-old man (left and below) from Arizona was so thrilled with the results of the ACHM™ for his hair replication, that he also had his sparse eyebrows enhanced.   With the added ACHM™  to his frontal hairline and "recede" areas as well as his eyebrows, this man's face is now entirely framed.  The redness will subside within 24 hours and the ACHM™ area will blend naturally with his own hair.

              Before  ACHM™                     Immediately After ACHM™                    ACHM™  Follicles

The above 42 year-old man from Brazil had the typical receding in the frontal hairline areas and some thinning back to the crown.  The ACHM™  blending can be seen in the immediately after photo (the darker area that will lighten).  As with all ACHM™ procedures, the replication area will "cure" a shade or two lighter to match his natural hair in less than a week.

While this young man (28 years of age) from Tennessee had little loss, he wanted his "recede" areas and his frontal hairline more defined.  After healing in a few days, the transition area will "cure" and blend naturally.  He will then buzz his own hair down closer so the ACHM™ area will blend naturally with his own hair.

              Before  ACHM™                 Immediately After ACHM™                    ACHM™  Follicles

A 39 year-old gentleman above and left from here in Florida was thinning in the front, top and crown.  The center photo shows the blend and some residue of the excess pigment still on his scalp.  The far right photo shows the ACHM™ replicated follicles directly alongside and among his natural follicles during the process. The photos to the left show the man's rear view.  The slight redness will subside in 24 hours. The man will buzz his hair closer in a few days so the  ACHM™  area blends with his own hair.

Before left, After right     This 50 year-old man had HT's and opted for the ACHM™ to enhance and thicken his look further and to camouflage his scar area.

                    Before ACHM™              Immediately After ACHM™        3 Weeks Post ACHM™

Continuing with our following of international clients, 37 year-old Martin above holds the record for the furthest distance of travel---he came all the way from Slovakia just for the ACHM™ The photos above show the progression of his before to the  ACHM™ 3 weeks post procedure.  All of the ACHM™   procedures have the same spectacular, natural and end result when "cured," with deviation just for color and individual style.

       Before ACHM™             Immediately after ACHM™                    5 Weeks Post ACHM™

Another HT recipient is this 34 year old.   This man had extensive red scarring, dark discoloration and blotchiness on the top of his head from the HT.  His hairline that was previously designed by the HT surgeon was followed with the ACHM™.  He also developed more irritation than most men during the  ACHM™, and much of his procedure had to be continued the following day.  This is an example of why we schedule everyone for two days.  But his 5 week post    ACHM™  has "cured" just as expected and helped to even out his discoloration.

                Before ACHM™                         4 Weeks Post ACHM™                 After ACHM™  Follicle

The above 51 year-old man from here in Florida chose to utilize the natural end result that the ACHM™  offers.  The middle photo shows enhancement to his existing HT approximately 4 weeks post-procedure.  The photo to the far right shows the replicated follicles in the upper left corner as compared to his natural follicles in the lower right corner of the same photo.   This close up photo allows you to examine the difference between both the ACHM™ replicated  follicles and the natural follicles.  Again, the difference is almost undetectable after healed. When the  ACHM™  is used in conjunction with HT's, the ACHM™  does not go outside the existing hairline already designed by the HT surgeon, therefore the  ACHM™   is limited in developing a more natural hairline.

                  Before ACHM™                                   2 Weeks Post ACHM™                      After  ACHM™ Follicle

This 32-year old man from Lansing, Michigan that was a Stage 6 on the Norwood-Hamilton Scale. The photo in the middle was taken approximately two weeks post procedure in sunlight.  You can clearly see by comparing the "before" photo to the "after" photo that the replicated area is undetectable.   The photo to the far right shows the comparison of the   ACHM™  replicated follicles and natural follicles together.

          Before ACHM™                              Immediately After  ACHM™                     3 Weeks Post ACHM™

31 year-old Jason from Tampa, Florida  was a diffuse thinner and desired thickening of his existing hair.  He razored his head for the ACHM™  in the far left photo.  The photo in the middle and to the far right were taken approximately 21 days post-procedure.  Jason returned to have his eyebrows enhanced as well.

Before ACHM™               Immediately After ACHM™       ACHM™  Follicles & Natural Follicles

The 42 year old electrician pictured above from Ohio now looks 10 years younger after receiving the  ACHM™ .  The middle photo was taken immediately after the procedure, and the pigment will "cure" a couple of shades lighter to match his natural hair.  The redness will subside in another day or two.  The pigment will blend like that of the Slovakian client's post procedure photo above.

          Before ACHM™                 After ACHM™                 ACHM™  Follicles & Natural Follicles

A 30 year-old barber from near Chicago, Illinois was using topical cover ups and wanted to cease their use.  Being a barber, he was concerned about looking his best at all times.  While he was somewhat apprehensive upon his arrival,  within just a few minutes after his in person consultation with  Mark, he was feeling quite at home.  Mark commenced with the ACHM™  after establishing the hairline the client requested.  As you can see, the above outcome was no less than expected.

Before left, After right     This 46 year-old Alopecia sufferer from Oregon had his hair replicated with the  ACHM™.  Like all of our photos, the photo to the left was taken immediately after.  Any redness will subside in a day or two and the color will "cure"  slightly lighter and soften in about a week.  It will resemble the perfect buzz cut.

Before left, After right     The crown area of this 45 year old man from Florida was enhanced with the ACHM™.  Like all of our photos, the photo to the right was taken immediately after.

Before left, After right     The ACHM™ provided this 50 year-old airline pilot with the HT "enhancement" he was seeking.  He will  be able to buzz his hair further if he so desires.

Before ACHM™                       Before Follicle                         After  ACHM™             After  ACHM™ Follicle

This 31 year-old gentleman from California had hair transplants and wanted to enhance his HT with the "thicker"  look.  Both the client and artist agreed to deviate from the original hairline the surgeon created and slightly square off the "recede" area.  Typically, all fair-skinned men initially develop more irritation and redness, but same routinely subsides in 24 to 48 hours.  The pigment color ill lighten (not to be confused with "fading") to it's final shade within about a week.

Before ACHM™                       Before Follicle                         After  ACHM™             After  ACHM™ Follicle

This is another client that is 33 years of age that had hair transplants.  He came from Ontario, Canada and was also looking fore that "thicker" look.    His frontal area was "thickened," and the ACHM™ was blended into his own hair for a smooth transition.  The client will buzz his own hair down closer in a few days making the "new" hair virtually undetectable.

Before ACHM™                  Before Follicle                    After  ACHM™                  After  ACHM™ Follicle

The photos above are of a 29 year-old that had hair transplants, but desired  "thickening" in the frontal areas.  He received two previous attempts from a permanent cosmetics professional  (with cosmetic pigment) to give him the look he wanted.  After they both failed, faded and left his scalp discolored, he contacted Artistry Concepts for a professional and permanent solution.  The client will buzz his own hair down closer in a few days making the "new" hair virtually undetectable.  The above photos are of the left temple view.  The ACHM™ replicated follicles are undetectable next to the natural follicles. The fresh pigment will lighten slightly (not to be confused with "fading") after curing in about 7 days.

Before ACHM™                     Before Follicle                         After  ACHM™             After  ACHM™ Follicle

Adding to our growing list of international clients, is this 30 year-old man came from Mexico.  He was close to a Stage 6.  Photos were taken immediately after the procedure.  Redness normally subsides within 24 to 48 hours.   These photos show a section of the right frontal area of this man's scalp.  You can compare the before natural follicles to the  ACHM™ follicles.  The pigment color will "cure" and tone down (not to be confused with "fading") in approximately 1 week.

                 Before ACHM™                                         After  ACHM™                                After  ACHM™ Follicle

This young man is a 30-year old Californian in the television production field and is from Beverly Hills.  The redness will subside in about 24 to 48 hours, and the pigment will lighten slightly after "curing" in about 7 days for a perfect color match..  This  photo to the far right shows the combination of the  ACHM™ replicated follicles to the top left and  bottom left.  He will need to shave his own hair down so it makes a natural transition with the  ACHM™ follicles.  The client's own scalp has some some blotchiness that you can see  on the far  right photo to the center and right, and is not to be confused with the ACHM™  area that can be clearly seen to the far left of this photo.

        Before ACHM™                       After ACHM™                           Before ACHM™                After  ACHM™

This  interesting man is a 38 year-old competitive Golden Gloves boxer from New York.  He had full male pattern baldness and a FUE transplant completed.  He was looking to further enhance his thinner areas.  The client opted for a unique "New York" style to his temple area that the Mark Weston created at his request.   Like all our replication procedures, the color was blended  down gradually into his own hair and the darker areas will "cure" lighter after about 7 days to match his own hair.  The "salt and pepper" look that he desired was completed in his thinner areas on the back and crown area of his head as well.

Before ACHM™                     Before Follicle                         After  ACHM™             After  ACHM™ Follicle

This 27year-old from Texas had hair transplants, but remained a diffuse thinner even after the HT.  The ACHM™ enhanced his thinner areas in the front, crown and back.  After healing, he will buzz his hair down so the  ACHM™ will  blend into his own hair. The redness will subside in a day or two and the pigment will match his own hair in about a week thereby creating the thicker effect.

Before left, After right     Twenty-seven year old Brandon is a college student from Dallas, Texas.  He was kind enough to not only allow us to post his before and after photos, but to show his entire face.  He is putting this on a very  personal level and  is now helping other men to realize this is a viable alternative to baldness.  Thank you, Brandon! The photo to the far left is the original photo Brandon emailed to Artistry  Concepts.  Brandon's concern (like many men) was that he thought he looked much older because of his hair loss.  But now, he actually looks 15 years younger!

Before left, After right This 38 year-old  gentleman came  from Canada to have his procedure done at Artistry Concepts.  As we request all our patrons leave a day's hair growth, you can see his natural hair still present on the sides.  The after photo was taken immediately after the procedure and his scalp still needed to be shampooed to wash away the excess pigment.  He will need to buzz his own hair closer after healing  for a natural  transition.
